    Job opportunities

    LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSE STAFF

    The selected resource will be tasked for:

    • Internal moving;
    • Preparation of loading lists;
    • Organization of goods with loading and unloading; – Packaging and/or assembling of semi-finished products;

    Required experience, skills and qualifications:

    • Experience using a reach truck, and valid forklift license;
    • Good use of computer systems and active learning;
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
    • Flexibility, proactive spirit and good manual dexterity; – Willingness to work in rotating shifts; – Self-driving.

    Residence in neighboring towns will be considered a preference.

    Administrative Assistant

    The selected resource will be expected to support the administrative team in relation to:

    • Issuing work bills;
    • DDT and material loading/unloading for\by work account;
    • Support in document management;
    • Registration of supplier invoices;
    • Preparation of production and purchasing reports;

    Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

    • Possess Accounting Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in business and/or related field;
    • Previous knowledge in basic (ordinary) accounting;
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package, particularly

    Excel (mastery of advanced functions and pivot tables);

    • Knowledge of Mago management software preferred;
    • Strong propensity for in-depth study and strong analytical skills, rigor and accuracy;
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability and habit of working both independently and as part of a team;

    Residence in neighboring town, being self-driving and willingness to work in shifts are considered preferential requirements.

    Line Conductors

    Selected resources will be responsible for:

    • Follow and control the assigned production line segment;
    • Handle and if necessary package products;
    • Run visual quality control of fabricated products;
    • Communicate any stops or breakdowns in a prompt way;

    Required experience, skills and qualifications:

    • Adherence to schedules and a sense of responsibility; – Good relationship skills;
    • Ability to work as part of a team;
    • Flexibility and active learning;
    • Willingness to work in shifts;
    • Self-employed.

    Experience in organized manufacturing settings, even if not in the same industry, will be considered a preference.

    Quality Assistant

    The selected candidate, in direct contact with Quality Managers will be responsible for:

    • Sample quality control on material in production through the use of measuring and control instruments;
    • Management of paper material where controls performed are highlighted (delivery, verification and subsequent filing);
    • Spot quality control on incoming material goods from suppliers;
    • Possible support activities on laboratory testing (data entry);
    • Support for maintenance scheduling activities;

    Required experience, skills and qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma, preferably in food processing field;
    • At least 1 year experience in Quality Department, in one or more structured industrial companies;
    • Basic knowledge of spoken and written English;
    • Good knowledge of the main Office package programs;
    • Adherence to schedules and a sense of responsibility;
    • Good interpersonal skills;
    • Ability to work as part of a team;
    • Flexibility and active learning;
    • Willingness to work in shifts;
    • Self-employed.

    Export Area Manager

    The selected resource, reporting to the main sales department, will be responsible for:

    • Managing assigned sales areas;
    • Acquisition of new customers;
    • Consolidation of already active customers;
    • Responsibility for market analysis for the territories of reference, carrying out defined reporting;
    • Of overseeing the documents required for international travel, as well as permits from customs and import and export policies; – Of managing shipments to EU and non-EU customers, interfacing with customers and freight forwarders;

    In addition, he/she will constantly dialogue with the production and R&D headquarters to customize their customers’ requirements and bring new business solutions. Finally, in collaboration with sales management, he/she will define the strategies to be implemented also with respect to the promotional policies to be implemented.

    The ideal applicant:

    • Has gained experience within structured food companies;
    • Has held the same role for a minimum of 3 years;
    • Has excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package, CRM and management systems (i.e. Microsoft AX and/or SAP, Mago4);
    • Has strong business skills and best goals orientation;
    • Has interpersonal, team working, organizational skills, ability to listen and understand different internal and external stakeholders; – Has strong customer orientation and aptitude for problem solving; – Has fluency in English and preferably another language (German, French, Spanish);
